I have some curls in my hair. Curly hairs look different from straigth hairs, they have no common thickness. In general the hair looks straigt, but sometimes it has waves and curls, especially the parts touching my shoulder. Sometimes it looks wavy in general. I wash it every one or two days (or after 36 hours). Conditioning is very helpful to avoid hairloss through combing.
I like it's natural appearance and have no intention to change any part of it.

There is a technique called thermal reconditioning that can help you. It costs about $400.00 in the salon. It can remove unwanted frizz, curls, etc. You have to look around because not everyone does it. I hope this helps you out. Lily.
