>>Question for everyone: My son and I were watching "Walker Texas Ranger" a couple of nights ago, and there seemed to be a lot of long-haired men in the episode -- but they were all Bad Guys. Other than "Righteous Indians", I don't see too many guys with long hair being portrayed in a positive light on TV. (And one of those "Righteous Indians" was speaking with a thick Irish brogue. My son split a gut laughing.) Are there any TV shows which depict guys like us as what we are -- honest, moral, mainstream working stiffs who's tax money is just as green as everyone else's??<<

On the latest "Texas Ranger", there were, in fact, a couple of Indians who were Bad Guys. This episode carried this spirit thing again by having a white buffalo cry until the drug dealers were apprehended! But this TV series has been known to pull this fantasy stunt before: Several years ago, one of the earlier "Walker Texas Ranger" episodes was called "Evil in the Night", in which the bad guy was a Native American. In fact, he was a Native American SPIRIT! So, yes, even some of the NATIVE AMERICAN longhairs were bad on "Texas Ranger"!
