is it true that you HAVE to have stubble to grow a beard? coz ive just got this hair there now, im 19 and theres not been the slightest sign of stubble. and i want to know if i can grow the stuff that is there into a beard. like if i just stop shaving, ive tried this alreaddy but it seems to just stop growing, or maybe because its already grown a bit and it seems to have stopped but its only very slow.
