Mullet Movie

I went to a movie this week and saw a preview for a movie that can only be described on this forum as a mullet movie. I don't recall the title, but I think it had the word dirt or dirty in it. The story seems to be about a white trash mullet-wearing man, with flashbacks to his youth, where he also wore a long mullet.
