CUT & COLOR - Need Advice
Posted by Dave on January 03, 2001 at 22:58:00: Previous Next
I have very thick and wavy (almost spiraly) shoulder length dark brown hair. I want to add some subtle highlights but not sure how it will look or even how to describe what I want.
At the same time - my hair has always been the same length and I'm looking for a new style. Any ideas on what some good options are. What do you think about a 'V' shaped cut?

Merle: Looks to me like you've got a great start on describing what you want. If I were you, I'd print out your message, and just hand it to your stylist. She or he will be in a much better position to comment on what will work for you, since you'll be there in the flesh (in the hair?). Good luck.

JP - thanks for the advice. Know any good hairdressers in SF?
