to get your hair to grow faster eat marmite, but im in england and i dont know if you have it in america. it is a yeast extract spread and so is high in the type of vitamin b you need to grow your hair. only problem is when the ad campaign for something is "you either love it or hate it", you know its gonna be an acquired taste i.e.99% of people seem to hate it, although i love it

Is this really true? I've read that you really can't do anything to "speed up" the growth of your hair. Unless I've mistaken that for not being able to promote facial hair growth. Any help on this is highly appreciated.

is it better than using biotin?

(Dave): This is a new one but I suppose it has some merit to it....at least as much as can be given without actually witnessing the end result.
I'll have to give it a try.....we have marmite yeast here in Canada too (in the dairy case....I think).
