Biotin and Fo-ti. Correct dosage?

Ok guys,
I've read enough reviews on the hyperboard to make my decision on purchasing these supplements. I don't remember who posted but they claimed they grew 3.25 inches of hair in two months? That is phenomenal! I mean hair grows an average of 6 inches per year, but 3 inches in two months? I'm going to get this stuff today! I just need to know the proper dosage in where I wouldn't take too much Biotin and Fo-ti where I would be wasting it. Can anyone help me out?

it seems like most people are taking 1800 or 2400 mcg of biotin. I'm currently taking 1800 mcg. I don't know about Fo-Ti though.
