Thin/fine hair wash it? I wash mine every other day or like every 2 days..could this possibly lead to thinning/ more fallout? i heard u should wash it every few days to let ur scalp get the natural oils and all that..so what is the proper way for a man with thin/fine hair to do?

Hey there Superstar....
I have fine hair too so I can relate to your concern.
Wash your hair every day if you need to. The frequency depends on the amount of hair care products you use on your hair. If you use hair sprays and gels, you might need to wash every day because your scalp, especially at the top of your forehead, will be oily.
The amount of products you use will depend on the length of your hair if you're trying to control "fly-aways". If your hair is long enough to gather into a ponytail, I would recommend this on windy days. If you can do this, use only a bit of gel to weight your hair slightly. Don't use hair sprays.
The reason your hair gets oily is the constant use of your hands going through your hair to keep it out of your face. You distribute the oil and of course it looks dirty.
You'll find that you'll need to wash your hair less often if you avoid exposing your hair to these hair care products.
On another note.....when the shampoo bottle says "lather, rinse, repeat", skip the "repeat part. This is just a commercial tactic to get you to use more shampoo so that you'll have to buy more.
I find that the shampoo I use makes no difference to my hair. The important product is the conditioner and if you can find a light conditioner, buy it (the salons usually carry these). Most store bought conditioners are too oily or heavy for me.
Hope this helps..........

In my opinion, based on my own experience, a conditioner is important if you have long hair. It helps reduce tearing of your hair through rough combing.
The best way I've found to use a conditioner is to apply it in the shower and, with a wide toothed comb, comb it through your hair gently and then rinse it off. Your hair will be silky smooth.
Just pat damp dry your hair with a towel and let it air dry naturally without getting it all touselled again.
It'll be a lot easier to comb and style without the knots that towel drying can cause.
Your hairline can be affected by the style in which you part your hair and this is usually more evident if you part your hair down the middle or on the left or right side. Most people have a "natural" part and this part usually becomes more prominent with age. The easiest way to counter this increasing part is to move it.
If you part your hair down the centre, part it just off centre. If you part your hair on either side, slightly adjust the part either up or down from the natural part position......

I've heard that you should wash your hair daily in order to remove the dirt that city offers to you hair.

:I also have fine hair and I wash it every evening because I have oily skin. I comb my hair afterward and lose some hair, but I don't show any signs of balding. Everybody, including women, has hair fall out after they comb or brush it.
