which biotin to buy.

I have found two different types of biotin. One is a bottle with 90 300mcg pills, and the other comes in 1000mcg pills which you are supposed to let dissolve in your mouth, manufactured by solary inc. or something like that. Does anyone have any experience with either? Which one should I go for?

I'm taking 1800 mcg's per day with no problem. I would say go for the 1000 mcg tabs and take 2 per day.

I suggest an even higher dosage of biotin: perhaps 2500-5000 mcg per day (2.5-5 mg) per day. Just be sure you aren't diabetic, since it will lower your blood sugar level. And it will jumpstart your hair growth. Mine is now growing 1.5" per month.

I'll try that in a month, after I see how fast it's growing with my current dosage.
2500-5000 mcg/day would get kinda expensive though, I'm just a poor student, doubt I can afford it.. :-(
