perm helped hair growth

Hi guys,
Back in january i got the top of my hair permed...it came out a little too curly so a week later i straigtened it and left some wave in .....i have not had my hair cut since that...it is collar length in the back and the sides and top are very long....anyhow i now receive a lot more compliments on my hair and it looks great....the perm helped to ease some of the growing out!
