bathing and hair loss

I have noticed in the past 6 months now that whenever I shampoo my hair, I gather about 30 hair from the floor. is thus normal??? some of this hair is long, others smaller etc. did you find a solution for this "problem" that acually works?

Based on responses to other inquiries on this board regarding the matter...
You're normal.
It is not that you are losing any more/less than before. You just notice it now because it is longer, sticks to the tub wall, gets a little more tangled in your hands, etc.
30 is a pretty expectable number.
Don't panic. You are not alone. Read other postings/responses on this board regarding the subject of hair loss.
