Hey there i found your tips very interesting and want to grow my hair out as well. I have short wavy dry coarse brittle hair and it looks like and afro and im not black!!!!! ive tried pantene pro v smooth and sleek shampoo and conditoner and it still doesnt work,i use it twice a day ,everyday. im getting very impatient and just want to shave it off! but then i came across your pic and your hair looks
so cool! Help a fellow and give me some tips.Thanx Im extremely desperate!!!!!!!

One thing you can do is to not use both shampoo and conditioner twice a day. Use the conditioner whenever you want, but try shampooing only once every week or two. Shampoo dries out the hair and scalp, making your hair more frizzy and unmanageable.

Excuse me, but if the shampoo you are using is drying your hair and scalp and making your hair frizzy and unmanageable, you are definitely using the wrong shampoo! Further, using a quality shampoo (even several times a day) will only require a conditioner occasionally.
