Manchurian Queu?

so, my hairs gotten long enough that I need at least 3 ruber bands in my pony tail to not end up having to cut it off after zipping around on my motorcycle, and I've been looking at diffrent types of braiding. I realy like the Thick Manchurian Queue, with the nifty tuck at the end, but for the life of me I can't find directions anywhere for braiding like that. Any suggestions would be greatly apreciated. Thanks.
