Admittedly, I'm a little new to the hair-growing but maybe that's why this advice will be helpful to those of you also starting. Ok, we know that protein supplements will increase your general health and even hairgrowth-not only as a direct result of being healthy but also because your hair just needs protein. (I take a Skin Hair & Nails vitamin).
You may notice that when taking vitamins your urine is yellower and smells stronger than you might be used to. This is because your body is getting rid of nutrients it doesn't use. Wait a minute! Didn't you just spend 7-15 bucks on vitamins!? And there they are in the toilet!!!! ARGH!
Well think about this. Protein, when used by people who workout, helps increase muscle mass (hence all those protein shakes).
Coming to the point: use all the vitamins and work out a little-this way you'll use all the vitamins, you'll be generally healthier, and along with faster hair growth you'll see faster visible muscle growth.
So by the time you're ready to show those precious locks off to the ladies you'll also have strong biceps for them to grasp as they pet your soft and healthy hair.

Now really, will 60 curlups and 10 pushups a day hurt? (Not as much as stinky urine will hurt your pride).
