Hair, What Else?

Hello I shampoo and condition my long hair every day. I do this because if I don't it breaks off and gets split ends. Does everyones hair break off alot? Is there any way to make my hair stronger and less frizzed or prone to split ends? Also is there a better way to put my hair in a tail with out the clothe covered bands cutting into it? I also wanted to know if you guys think that most businesses discriminate against men with long hair?

Try shampooing only 2-3 times a week but creme rinse (condition) every day. This keeps it clean but keeps the harsh cleaning action of soaps (shampoos) from stressing the hair.
Also, get a small pair of sissors (like a swiss army knife) and once or twice a week when you have some sitting time just one by one clip the split ends that you find.
As for businesses, some are ardent about the image they want to communicate to customers but lots of others are cool about it. If they are questioning it just ask if their policy applys to long hair on women too and why (if it's different).

>>>Hey, have you tried the poly bands? I get them at K-Mart. They look like rubber bands but have less friction. (They're for hair, in the other barretes, combs, etc.)
I think more discriminate than don't, especially in the bible belt, I guess.
