Quick question please

ok my hair is at about 4 inches but not all over cause my last cut was a short back and sides with just a scissor cut on top my question is. Is it worth having like a 3 all over and startng from there growng my hair so that it is all the same length or should i just leave it as it is has anyone else growed there hair out from a short back and sides?

Absolutely not! Just grow it. When your hair gets to the length you
want then you can get it trimed to all one length if you want. Don't
sacrifice 4" now for a false "eveness". Remember, the hair on top of
your head has farther to go to reach the hair on the side of your
head.

I started witha short on back and sides and a little longer on top. Remember, even if is all the same length, the hair in the back is going to look quite a bit longer because it's farther down on your head. So if it's already shorter that actually helps. If you want a style where the hair is even all the way around, I think it's called a "bob" then all the hair isn't going to be the same length. The hair in back and on the sides will be shorter. Just keep growing it.
