Is Aussie hair insurance a good product? Does it damage hair in anyway in the longrun and does it leave any sticky/gunky stuff behind?

I used to use Hair Insurance and loved it. It made my hair smell good, very soft to touch, and shiny. However, when I decided to see if my hair was sensitive to products with silicones in them, I stopped using it. It really depends on the texture of your hair. Coarse hair (curly/wavy) or thick hair seems to be more resiliant to the buildup effects of cones. I have alot of very fine hair, and after using other products with lots of cones in them like Infusium 23's leave in, the product stopped working and my hair got dried out and broke off. Hair Insurance didn't do this though. Personally, I just stick to using a few drops of jojoba oil on my length to protect it from drying out. This stuff works better than anything I've ever used.
