Where is there a safe dye?

I am a 45 year old with very long thick dark brown hair. I am starting to get grey around the temples and have been boosting my vitamin intake to try and check it, but it looks like it maybe gaining on me. What can I do for it that is very natural and WILL NOT harm the hair in any way? The grey now is not really much, but when one has dark hair it takes just one grey hair to streak through the rest like a shooting star through the night sky. Is henna any good/ I hear they make it for all colored hair.
Thanks very much to all who answer.

I use Just For Men beard and temple touch up gel. It's very mild and gentle. I've had no problems with it at all.
If there's something better, let me know. I'm always open to suggestions.

Just posted the same question before I got to your post. I've got a lot more grey than you, have been using Grecian Formula foam for several years. Seems to look pretty natural, you might want to try it, it's very subtle but does make a change. I just wondered if there is something better out there.
I've used the Just For Men beard stuff mentioned, it works well for my beard, but isn't made to use all over my head. If your grey is only on the temples it should do a good job.
Now that my hair is longer, that's a lot of grey. Someday that will be fine, but not yet, LOL.
