Shampoo for DRY & GREASY HAIR?

How can i say this, well I have thick & wavy hair that is sometimes greasy and other times feels really dry. If I go without shampoo for about 3-4 days it will feel pretty greasy however as soon as I shampoo it is very dry for about two days and it gets pretty frizzy and feels rough. I'm using aussie moist shampoo and moist conditioner every three days right now but it doesn't seem to be giving me good results. It leaves my hair really dry, rough and frizzy like I said earlier, which surprises me b/c of that fact that it is supposedly very moisturizing and my hair isn't naturally super dry. I'm thinking of switching to Aussie Mega shampoo and conditioner or Mango Smoothy shampoo and slip detangler. I'm basically looking for something that won't build up, and will leave my hair as soft feeling as possible. I have also noticed that the thicker products like 3 minute miracle and moist conditioner leave my hair looking like crap so maybe something opposite of these? Any advice?

Your hair kinda sounds like mine. Here is an idea for you to try:
I use the Aussie moist conditioner as well, what I do is instead of washing it out after a minute or so of applying it, I leave it in for a good 15 minutes out of the shower. I usually shave and do other stuff, then hop back in the shower and rinse it out. This really seems to help with any dryness issues that I had before.

Have you tried Aussie Hair Insuance leave in conditioner? I also have think wavy shoulder-length hair & wash with Aussie Moist Shampoo & Conditioner about every three days. After washing I use the spray conditioner before combing it out and drying. I find this product helps replace some of the moisture which is lost during shampooing. I hope this helps.
