Hair cuffs

I may get a hair cuff made with a jump ring (hoop) connection for an elastic band that looks like this:

The ones with prongs that Rev recommended that slip down over the elastic seem easy to put over a ponytail-is the jump ring type connection a pain to put over a ponytail?

I've tried both kinds and I think the ring ones are kind of a pain. I only tried the ring kind once though, so maybe a little practice would have made it easier to use. The prong designs were easy from the word go for me.
Another site that has prong type ponytail covers (Native American Designs)is:
They refer to them as "Pony Tail Beauty Covers" though some of them are fairly masculine, I think.

Thanx for the site and your advice! However, I'm looking for more of a yellowish colored metal (like brass). A prong style cuff sounds easier to put on. Have u ever seen brass or copper hair cuffs that also have prongs so that u can easily slip it onto the hair tie while in your hair?

Haven't seen anything but silver so far, but I will post something if I happen to find brass, copper, or similar metal.
