What kind of vitamins should I take?
Posted by Mantraschism on April 26, 2002 at 23:10:23: Previous Next
My hair is still in the very early stages, so I'm trying to get off to a good start by taking great care of it now. What vitamins are good to help it stay healthy and strong? And also, what are the best shampoos? Right now I'm using Suave Daily Clarifying shampoo and Suave Daily Clarifiying conditioner. Are they ok, or is something better in order? ^_-a
Thanks in advance. =]

Any multivitamin with minerals will be fine. No point taking huge doses.

No shampoo is good. The least damaging (I find) is Johnson's Baby Shampoo - the 'detangling' one is really great! If you're happy with your current conditioner, then stick with it.

Thanks a bunch, Saul! Good ol' Johnson's Baby Shampoo... I rememeber that stuff. Maybe I'll go back to using that.
My mother got some vitamin E for me today, so I'm gonna start taking that regularly. Taking care of my hair owns. =]

goto a dermatologist and ask what type of product you should use and vitamins. They may help you with certain supplements or shampoos.
THe best shampoo I ever used was Nioxin.. Goto www.Nioxin.com and you can read about their products. They work wonders. I used them and I am not balding or hair hair loss. I am 28 and my brother is 31 and he is going bald, so check the website out its amazing about the information you can learn.
