Hi,i've posted here before and i'd like to share my story with you all..
I began growing my hair in Nov 2000 from a very short style except
the bangs which were like an inch above my eyebrows.I went through
an awkward stage that lasted from March 2001-July 2001 but it
became more trainable after that.In Oct it didn't look that bad it
was down to the past my shoulder blades but i didn't like it because
it wasn't all one length.Some was only seven inchs and it really bugged me since it was noticable that i really didn't have long hair
but more of a "mullet".So in Jan 2002 i had it cut to above the
shoulders.Finally after a year and a five monthes of growth i reached my goal in april...It was below my shoulders,nice and all one lenghth.
However i was getting tired of the one length look and told myself do i either want to have long long hair ? Or a new haircut?So today
5/13/02 I cut my hair not to the "little mans"haircut as my dad would normally request lol, but to a layered haircut that looks very very nice!
It looks like Kevin Richardson's hair in November 2000 but a little
thicker.I was really worried about the outcome since i know that
once it's gone it's gone.But i gave this one thought before just going scissor happy and landing up looking really boring or worse buzzed.
I wish i could post a pic of before after but...i dont know if i can
or not.However it turned out nice and goes good for my personality
and looks.
Anyways...
I thought i'd just share this with you all.Please post any comments/questions you have i enjoy others idea's.
By the way i got my hair done @ home under my directions and not
by a salonist who will stretch your idea out of proportion,and you land up pissed instead LOL.
