....Is washing and conditioning your hair everyday bad for it? Because I do but I'm not sure if I'm damaging my hair or not, thanks in advance.

Take it from a men's hairstylist with 20+ years of experience, Squall, hair, like your hands, should be washed WHENEVER it gets dirty. It's not so much the frequency but rather the quality of the cleansing product you use that matters. Hair should be conditioned ONLY when it's necessary to correct a problem (dryness, unmanagability, etc.)--could be daily, weekly, occassionly, or not at all--whatever.

I always wash my hair every day. It takes about 36 hours after it's wash to become dark and shiny on the top of my head - which is grease. It looks awful so I have to wash mine everyday. I tend to use a clarifying shampoo to get all the rubbish out of it first, and then, second time use something like the Pantene Smooth and Sleek series or L'Oreal Elvive so that I can get the comb through it afterwards. It always looks nice afterwards and everyone comments on my hair's shine which is nice.
Good luck
