ANYONE tried Bio Ionic straightener yet?

I had a light relaxer applied a couple of weeks ago. Had almost no effect whatsoever though... lol
Thank goodness for the CHI styling iron, that thing is a straightening demon, waves and end-flips go BYE BYE with one pass. Not gonna help me when I sweat heavily or go swimming, unfortunately.
Some folks on here have been talking about Bio Ionic and want to use it. Supposedly it's a very good straightener that actually improves your hair's health instead of damaging it like normal relaxers. No impressions have been posted yet though.

Their website is less than helpful in finding a salon that has been certified to use their treatment. (yes, salons must be certified to use the process):(

I had bioionic three times in the last two and one-half months and WHAT A NIGHTMARE! My hair looks worse than the "before" pictures on their website. The stylist had more than a year experience working with the product and she even went back to their Beverly Hills office to discuss my case after the disasterous results of the first application. They offered no explanation. I have heard that others have had problems as well.
