My new cutting idea

Here is the picture of a hair style I would like, and considering. Its not long, but its not 'short' either.
I am concerned though, because it seems to be in the awkward stage, but it still looks good, and I am wondering if I could get mine like that. I am going to think hard, very hard before cutting, (I probably end up not doing it) but I am interested.

you're pretty close to long enough now aren't you? i suggest you grow yours out another few months or a year and decide at that point whether or not you want a shorter style- AND to ponder whether you would have regretted cutting it back at this point.

You'd better think real hard because I don't think you'd like it.
More maintainance, more potential for "sticky out" hair. Get a grip
and chill for a while. You are overworking your brain concerning
your hair.

I tend to actually keep my hair in that stage and not grow it way out. Mid back length hair is not for me but neither is short hair. The hair in that pic looks kind of like a grunge style. I think it would be cool but just like everyone else I have to recomend thinking about it, but after all it will grow back, just it will take longer.

You need to think about something.
This guy probably sings for a living. He gets paid to have the hair like he does and gets no hassle. He has a team of stylists to fix it every break, and he doesn't have to worry about it.
Unless you are a millionaire, or study highschool. you need to get an income, and that style doesn't allow a nice and clean pony for strict bosses.
My advice is that you really think about it, you don't have a team of stylists and with that length you can't help your bad hair days with a ponytail.

I wouldn't do it. Too much of a hassle. When my hair was like that, it stuck out all over the place and was a mess. I personally would not do it, but it's up to you.
