Vitamins and minerals

hey room,
thanx for the advice on my previus post.I was reading a post from Treyn on 07/08/02 about vitamins A, B1, B6, B12 and C.
Because i smoke a lot (regular cigarettes and many "so-called-forbitten" ones) i decided to start taking these vitamins. I bought a package of 30 (one per day) called Supradyn by Roche with 12 vitamins (includign the above mentioned), 8 minerals and trace elements.
Any of you guys tried this specific brand? what's your opinion or suggestion?

(something i've noticed afterwards: this package of multivitamins and minerals is produced by F. Hoffmann hehehehheheh. well, this family surely is into medicine business)
