Grow from skin = instant mullet?

There was a guy who said that growing from a bald head would lead to an instant mullet! Well, I think I am getting to that stage, because I am a three-monther and my hair is starting to get a bit long in the back. I like it! But its too bad that hair grows very slowly. My front don't even touch my eyebrows yet (Well, it does if I pull my hair with my fingers). I am finally getting a decent front; it took a long time to get there. I mean, I think it look so much better once you are finally getting some hair covering the forehead. As a three-monther, I am slowly getting at that stage.

Hair grows about 6 inches a year. It's a long haul if you
are actively waiting. Better think in terms of blocks of
seasons. Think like: "well, my hair should be such and such a
length in the fall...or the winter....or the spring....or by next summer!
