I know you all have seen it. Remember the scene when Jersey first goes into the bar and one of the girls cuts this guys ponytail off while he's over the bar? I reacted to it like a story which ends with a groin-kick punchline. It was quite a shock to my system, as I recall; being totally into all those hotties one minute, then "aaaaahhhhh!!!!" the next.

Whenever my hair is gets long enough for a tail its going to be pretty hard to do a fast snip and the tail is gone. When i cut the back of my hair i had to take a knife and like saw at it, the scisors wouldent do a thing.

....hmmmmmm...good point, Erik...hadn't thought of that. Hair
is strong--has its own built-in defense system!

There's a Seinfeld episode that made me angry. Elaine is dating this guy with a ponytail (short). He pisses her off, so the last shot of the program is Elaine, with a pair of scissors, looking malevolently at this guy's 'tail as he is asleep on her couch.
Ouch!
