leave in conditioner

Hey all, what's up?
I have a question about leave in conditioners. I usually use one after I shampoo and condition my hair, which is 1 or 2 times a week. The rest of the week I just rinse my hair out with water, and sometimes condition. Should I be using the leave in conditioner after just rinsing, or should i just save that for after shampooing? Or would it be better to just use a regular conditioner when I rinse, and ditch the leave in? I'd really appreciate any help on this. I have searched thru the archives and didn't really find anything that really gave me specific answers on this. So I thought i'd ask you guys. By the way my hair is pretty thick and slightly wavy.
Keep it long! :-)

DEfinitely use leave-ins and apply them every time after you rinse your hair.
That's my recommendation.

I'm currently using Infusium 23 with good results. I was using one made by Aussie which was also pretty good. I don't remeber which one exactly.
