Went For It, Guys...

That's right! I went for it. I walked into a Wal-Mart hair salon thursday after work, told them what I wanted and that's what I got. Killing you yet? Wondering just what damage I actually done to this head of hair? Well... I'll tell ya'. What I did I really like. My wife says she really likes it also. I got an Under Cut! Not a real high one, but a little more than modest. I had them start the line a touch below top temple and angled downward to the middle of the back of my head instead of evenly around. LOVE IT!!! It totally relieves the thickness of my hair. When I comb my hair down it doesn't look like much was taken off at all as far as length. I, of course, lost no bangs! The top still falls considerably below my ears as before. I am very satisfied. I can now grow on down to terminal length comfortably! Instead of shaving underneath, I just had her do a short layered businessmans cut for the rest to fall over. My wife says it lays a lot better now. I can now get all of the hair descreatly underneath my hat at work with a nice ponytail coming out the back strap hole in the back of the hat. COMFORTABLE! I will post hat & ponytail, ponytail, and loose pics as soon as I get them taken. I can't get all the hair in a ponytail yet, but I can somewhat fake it. That is a few months away. PEACE!!!!!

Was that (the thickness) what was bothering you a few weeks ago when you made that post about being unsure about growing it long?
