Girlfriends styling

Hi,
after we were looking into this board and saw some suggested Sites my girlfriend got the idea, to make some styling-experiments to me.
First she got my hair, that's just reaching my back, and tied it into a high ponytail.
That was looking something strange to me while she said, she like it; so I tried to find me into it and after some time had no problem with it, as long we were private.
But now she got a curling iron and some other accessoires from her friend to get involved in her styling-experiences, and at last performed with my hair a real updo with pincurls and like this.
She was very enlighted by the result while I was feeling far more strange and someway find me loosing my identity. On the other hand it seems to be some kind of exciting adventure and I like the things we are doing together.
She says, that she likes it sometimes changing the places: while usual men are the stronger part she wants to have some times to have a turnaround, or sometimes to be with me like with another girlfriend.
Now I'm thinking and feeling twice:
on one hand I like being with her and playing games, she like and I think, while we are private, I might enjoy this kind of experiences with her. On the other hand I think, I have to set a limit to avoid risk for my personal identity.
Are here other guys also having experiences like this ?
What do you say is best to do ? what limit should be set to a male identity with hairstyling ?
Chris

If you enjoy the time you spend with your girlfriend doing this, then go ahead and have some fun with it... but don't let it sacrifice your personal identity. That's the most important thing you have. Just set a limit to how far you will go, and if you start feeling uncomfortable, just let her know. And be careful as well; too much styling will damage your hair.

Personally, I've never felt inclined to try particularly efeminite hair styles. The most "daring" I would say I've ever been was to have a French braid done a couple of times. I was inspired by a performer with Circ du Soleil whome I saw featured a few years ago on TV (he did an amazing, beautifully choreographed illusion of flight). His wear was in a French braid, and found myself thinking, "That looks completely cool!"
Unfortunately, my wife isn't really good and braids, and so I've only ever warn one twice.
Another style I love wearing is the one Qui-Gon Jinn wore in "Star Wars: Episode 1". It's very practical for keeping hair out of your face, and does a wonderful job showing off your length at the same time.
As for other feminine hair styles, I would say it's up to the individual to determine how comfortable they might feel wearing... say... and up-do, but I wouldn't want to be caught dead with one myself. I'd step up to the chance to wear another French braid in a heartbeat, but, until then, I'm perfectly content with nothing more extravagant than a ponytail.
Regarding the pictures featured on that web site, I'd like to paraphrase the movie, "Miss Congeniality," and say you'd have to be extremely comfortable with your masculinity to wear hair like that (grin). More power to any man who wants to try it.
