Back from the Great Smokies...

Hi all. I just got back from a three day weekend in North Carolina to see my mother and to help my brother move back up here to Illinois. 600 miles twice in one weekend is too much for me.
Anyway, I read a few posts concerning me and that guy who obviously didn't care much for my hair. That's all right though, no hard feelings here. He's welcome to his opinion. I didn't have the previledge of reading the pretend post where I shaved my head though that the web-master briefly spoke of. I would have enjoyed that one. No, my hair is alive and kickin' and my bangs have officially reached the edge of my chin. I had no access to a computer in NC so this is the first I've been on since thursday of last week when I posted about my server loss. HairGarden asked for a none ponytail pic to be posted, but I can't do that right now cause I have no server to post from anymore. If he could give me an e-mail address I could send him one that way. Well, it's good to be back on board and all take care! Peace!!!!!
Welcome back!

I read that DNS2GO stopped giving free accounts, but also that you used apache I think? Is the only problem that you have a dynamic IP? because there are many free services for this purpose. The only one I can think of right away is dyndns.org

In case it is helpful, my server has a free third level
address through fdns.net.
If you are running Linux, they have a script that will
automatically update your IP address with them if it
changes.
Fortunately, my address seems to have only changed once
in the past six months or so.
Anyway, if you can't get your server back up soon,
I could probably host some pictures on mine if people
are interested. I don't have a lot of time for
poking at my server, but I'll get 'em up eventually ^_^
