Hello. had hair almost to my waist 10 yrs ago. Thenn cut it all off. Now, Im 34 and back w/ a vengeance. Have not cut my hair in almost a yr ( March ) Going into business w/ a friend. I'm looking for ideas on how to handle my hair until it is all one length. Bangs go to the tip of my nose, Back now going over my shoulders. Once it is all one length it is a no brainer, but until then.... Thanx for all helpful info.

You could try the half ponytail, where you tie back the hair at the back, but not the bangs if they won't reach yet. You could try a very high ponytail to catch all of the hair, but it might not look right.
Happy growing and good luck with your business.

My suggestion is some alcohol-free gel of choice, comb it all backward, then tail what you can, and use two bobby pins that match your hair color, one on each side of your head behind the ears to keep the short ones from hanging down. Plus, it keeps the side hair close to your head. The looks ends up somewhat like Steven Segal's. It won't be long before you will not need the pins. Looks good with a suit or if you are getting dressed up.

Do you have enough for a ponytail? Could try that, even if it happens to be a high tail...

P.S., here's my personal idea for a suit, delete the dress slacks and get a kilt. Doesn't even have to be a tartan kilt, but a plain black or gray wool kilt.
