Make hair smoother?

Any good products to make hair smoother? I have very wavy hair which i don't mind but it feels very rough and frizzy (although it's actually a bit greasy) I have heard hot oil treatments are good, any specific brands? Or anything else that could help?
Make hair smoother?...Well...

Physique Deep Hydrating conditioner + Aussie MOIST conditioner
after cleaning hair...
Here is a little tip for smoothing out hair while it is growing
out:
While hair is still damp and something like Aussie Natural gel
throughout hair.
Comb with wide-tooth comb as smoothly as possible.
Let dry and do NOT touch (or touch as little as possible.)
WHY IT WORKS:
Many think their hair is frizzy &/or puffy because it is dry...
Well, while your hair is growing, it actually NEEDs to stick
together a bit (i.e. stay flat).
You can get this result from a light Natural gel--at least
until the hair is longer...

Thanks for the advice, but when you said that i should not touch the hair, does this mean nothing should touch it? I wear a baseball cap after showering (at night) b/c otherwise my hair gets really curly when wet. Is this ok?
