Am I the only one who thinks he has awesome hair? I let my hair grow out like his, and its similar now.
My question is, im trying harder and harder for my stylist to get my hair like his. Ive already had one perm, and its about time for my 2nd, so i really wanna get the 'random curls' on the side happening. Ya know the curls, that curl out from the bottom away from his head.

so do you know anyone else with a similar hair style that i can get ideas from. Please post any pics, links or info

I preferred his when it was truly long in the early days of Incubus :)

      His hair is like that because it just grew that way, when he had it short. It goes in that direction because as it grew, it got used to going there. If your hair is too long, it won't workYou can get those random flippy curls from having those layers undercut a little, but not noticeably (go to a stylist that knows what a surfer bob is - Gwen Stefani had one, Cameron Diaz too...) I wouldn't go the perm route. That'll just cause stress and damage to your hair. If you want to cut your hair like his, ask for a surfer bob. & try wearing a toque - your hair will flip out, guaranteed. OR, tell your stylist you want every hair - from scalp to end to be the same length. (So every hair is 3-4 inches long, regardless of where it is on your head) The hair on the top will be shorter than everywhere else, as it would grow naturally. and don't blow dry. It will just fall in that style and flip up because it has no where else to go... when hair dries naturally, it's not being stretched as it dries, that's why it curls up. It tightens (it kinds "shrinks").
      But, if you have really fine, thin, straight hair - you'll never have this hairstyle, so don't waste your time & money. Find somethign that suits your hair type.

    There's no iBSCode on this board. Have to chuck it in the fields at the bottom.
    His hair is still cool like that, but I think too many rockers sacrifice their locks for those sort of styles.

OMG i cant believe i fount this page. youre not the only one who thinks he has awsome hair. and youre not the only one who is trying to get it like him i, i do too. my hair is almost exactly like his but it comes naturally to me. all i can tell you is that i was looking trough a ym magazime and brandon was on the cover. i looked inside and it said that if you wanna get that hair thing going on you need to use the got2b playfull weightless pomade. i use it and it works. you might wanna try it. its at got2b.com or a rite aid or something.
