Yes...
In the past l'Oreal 'Melting Gel' put into damp hair...
Today I would recommend: Aussie Natural Gel.......as needed.
The 'trick' to keeping that 'wet look' is NOT to touch your hair...
or touch it as little as possible.
Because what gives that wet look in the first place is when
the hairs stick together...touching only separates

In my admittedly limited experience, I have yet to amass enough evidence that links 'gay' with 'dry', 'puffed up', and 'not good looking'.
May I politely encourage you to use a different adjective, if for no other reason than simple respect?
Thanks.
'gay' has so many meanings...

You are 'gay' means something completely different
than: it looks 'gay'
which simply means...'looks weird'

For those of who -are- gay, the distinction is understandably meaningless.

Yes. Words are strange...
So just imagine her surprise when, whilst in London,
a man got up from his desk and announced: 'I'm going out; I need a fag.'[cigarette].
Wonder if she ever figured it out?
shave your head!

shave your head immediately, because you wouldn't want to look gay! What a terrible tragedy. In fact, you should start acting more straight to compensate.
i'd help but...

whatever orientation your hair wishes to have, i say let it! gay hair has rights and feelings too! it's high time we stopped discriminating against gay hair! laws need to be enacted IMMEDIATELY to counter this inhu~mane~ treatment!! i simply can't abide this gay hair thing any further!!!!!!
ahem...

ROTFLMAO!
LOL
:-O
All I'll say is this...I've said it once and again in a previous thread, I have nothing against long hair, and wish I could wear mine long. You all think you are discriminated against, yadda yadda yadda. But the attitudes some of you have does not help your causes out. I'm not saying all long haired guys act the same, but in the "stock broker" thread, the guy who started it, who has long hair, commented against gay people, ranting and raving other assumptions, and he ended up not even liking the job. In a thread started later, the topic is "Long hair = gay?" And then THIS one! lol. If being so insecure with one's looks comes with having long hair, then I may want to retract my statement about my wishing I could wear mine long.
I'm outta here guys. Have fun!
And for the record, I have NOTHING against gay people (as I stated elsewhere), though I am straight myself.

So when you say that your outta' here does that mean that you are hit and run posting never to return?
We are so blessed to have shorthairs (or in your case bald) come here and rag on us with such quick conclusions about longhairs and then leave forever.
Maybe you were expecting a bunch of bald people on a longhair board Mr. Bald by Choice? I can't imagine that with a name like that you ever really wished that you could have long hair.
...and we are sure glad to know that you are straight yourself.
"You all think you are discriminated against, yadda yadda yadda. But the attitudes some of you have does not help your causes out."
Isn't that what some ignorant individuals said about the equal rights movement?
A solution

I think, once and for all, that all gay men should be forced to have long hair. All straight men should be forced to have short hair. Bi-sexual men should have a mullet. It would be SO much easier. The world would be simplier to understand. No diversity whatsoever!
First thing tommorrow morning, all long haired straight men should go to the barber shop and get a crewcut. GET REAL.
It amazes me how stupid and narrow minded people still are about stereotypes. I imagine the guys who think this are uneducated and from a farm or something.....is that a fair assumption, either?
