Help Me, My Hair is Long... Now What?

Okay, I grew out my hair from a french crop and now it is basically down to my chin accept for the back which is a few inches longer.
Well it looks like Mullet of the century (not a good thing) and I hate it, I need a style or something but I have no idea what to ask for when I go to get it cut.
I want something like this http://www.xtreme-xpressions.net/matt/smackdown/101002/SD010.jpg which to me looks like an undercut but I know nothing about haircuts so I'm probably wrong.
Well if anyone can tell me what haircut Matt Hardy has or just how I kill the mullet, please reply.
