How does Ashton Kutcher get his hair like that? I wanna get get my hair like that but i dont know how, how should i start?

I do not consider him to be a long-haired male, atleast according to the ideal that I envision when I think of the word.... His hair looked like what mine would've a few months back in the Awkward stage that I continue to endure, save for the fact that unlike his hair, mine is wavy and spirals quite profusely at the ends (hence the awkwardness of the stage for me). Isn't Kutcher's hair supposed to be more of a spoof than anything, seeing as how he must keep it the way it is for his character on That 70's Show (A show which ridicules, amongst other things, the fashions and trends - IE: Kutcher's hair - of the 70s)? I do not mean to suggest that his look is worthy of ridicule: I think it looks a hell of a lot cooler than having some dorky buzz-cut. I'm just saying that perhaps his look receives praise when infact it was supposed to generate laughter....
