Best way to kill your hair...

Of all the things that damage your hair, I was wondering if anyone had any insights into what damages it the most?
I was always under the impression that permanent hair colouring was the worst, closely followed by hair straightners (or curlers, those big hot irons), then frequent blow drying. Hmm?

Bleach then CoLoR then perm then
change you mind and have it straightened...
followed by a hot washing with harsh
shampoo...no conditioner...then followed by head lice insecticide product
if you got 'em and a non-gentle formula dandruff soap...
then blow dry until all moisture disappears...
then post your pic here to set example of what...
NOT TO DO!!!!!!
