daily shampooing

Recently I've been shampooing my hair daily because I like the way it looks, but I've heard that it loses its natural oils. How is this bad for it? and would this stunt growth?

I shampoo at least every other day with no problems...
Use a shampoo like Aussie Moist or something made for dry/dmaged hair.
Why? Because those shampoos are usually more gentle, that's all.
After conditioning, rinse thouroughly and add a bit of moisturizing
gel like l'Oreal MELTing gel in your damp hair. Doesn't take much and it
will control those flyaways.
Good Luck

It won't harm the hair, however it doesn't help its appearance. My hair is naturally quite dry, so i wash it once a week to allow the oils to build up. When your hair is dried out, and lacking natural oils, then it will most likely frizz alot, and look bad.
