Hair Nightmares...

I had a nightmare last night that left me bolt-upright in bed at two AM telling myself "it was just a dream."
I dreamed that I gave in to pressure and cut my hair short... And HATED how it looked, even though everyone else told me it looked good...
I actually reached up and felt my hair when I woke up to make sure it was still there! Wow, that was a scary dream!
Anybody else experience similar things?
(See, this is why I'm letting it get to 24", then cutting off 12" for LOL..I think I look better with longer hair and I just like the feel of it)

So you have experienced such things! I felt sort of silly, later, for having had to touch my head to check, but it was frightfully real....

Wow, that's just like a nightmare I had. I found my hair all over the floor and found out that someone cut it, and I was so relieved when I woke up!

Wow, that's crazy: It was about a week or so ago that I had a nightmare, also dealing with hair loss. Like all my dreams, I can only remember very specific (usually random and disjointed) details, so what I'm about to admit to will sound silly, but rest assured, it was a rather shocking thing to experience: I dreamt that I had been sedated (can't remember how) and that someone close to me had sent me off to the barber to get my hair chopped off, and I spent a lot of my dream trying to unravel the mystery of who it was that pulled such henious trickery, mostly by trying to get a reaction out of people through emotion-driven interrogations.
The strangest thing about that whole experience is that I NEVER have nightmares anymore, even though I often wish that I would (nightmares of a different nature, you understand). I say that I wouldnt mind the occasional nightmare here and there since I cannot experience fright through movies or novels _ THEY have no real effect on me>
I do...

I have them occasionally. I got them more when i was traveling with my basketball team because I worried that they might take a chunk at night as a joke. I made sure that they new I was serious about not wanting them to do it, and they respected it. They did place two condoms over my eyes like cucumber slices and snap a few photos, however. But I can take a joke as long as it's not damaging.
But, yeah, it does suck because you don't rest easy the rest of the night.

This is kinda creepy, 'cause I was gonna post this exact same topic today. I had my first hair nightmare this morning. I think it was sparked by my mom pressuring me to get my hair cut. I thought she'd given up, but a few days ago, she started again with the "you need to get your hair cut." and "you look so much nicer with short hair."
I had the dream this morning after I went back to sleep, thanks to my self-proclaimed snow day. (Hey, I only had one class.) Basically, I was in the living room with my family, my parents were on the couch, and my brother was on the recliner. I was sitting on the floor, and my dad snuck up behind me and ran an electric razor across the back of my head.
But alas, even my dream parents couldn't foil my plans. Had it been real, I would've just gone to a stylist, evened it out to an undercut, and then grown it back out. So take that, subconcious!

And the scariest part....It looked like Justin Timberlake's hair when he had those awful bleached curls! *shudder*
Then, last night, I have a dream that I'm sitting in the student center on campus, and there is a co-ed choir singing, and this dude with long, curly hair (not me) starts a solo and just absolutely blows everyone away.
That was a good dream. Or at least, ambivalent....

I too had such a dream, a couple of months ago. Seems like we're all very much the same.
