a problem similar to Wolff's

About a month ago I had a bad experience with bleach that left the two spots that were suppost to be blonde brassy. I've been able to wear hats and head gear because it's winter and nobody has really noticed, but I was thinking abotu dying it *back* to dark brown and I'm worried about doing ity and messing it up again. Will brassy hair take to the dark brown dyes? IT's only in 2 spots in front, but if I cut them out I would end up having bangs, which i do not want. i know this is very similar to wolffs but my situation is a little different so i though I'd ask. Thanks.

bleached hair will actually absorb the dye better. if youre worried about damaging the hair, use a semi-permanent instead of a permanent dye.
wow...thank you...

I thought it might, but I wasn't sure. I was afraid of having a 'green' tone, etc., like I've heard.
