is your hair still relatively short?? ie - 3 inchs or so cuz i noticed when my hair was that short it would go real "fluffy" too but since it got longer it just drys out and drops down which is quite a relief for me being a curly hair it took AGES for it to eventually weigh it self down. of course if your hair is long then i have no advice :P

I have the same problem, my hair looks and feels terrible after conditioning for some reason. And I've tried many different brands including aussie products. What I did to get rid of the fluffyness was start washing my hair every other night, rather than in the morning. And use a very small amt. of shampoo, not even enough to create a lather. That way you dont strip out all the oil, and overnight the oil will be replaced. You may need to rinse it in the morning with just water, to move the oil from the roots down to the ends.

Well, one way or the other you need to condition.
Shampooing makes your cleans your hair and makes it "dryer", more fluffy, rough, etc.
Many people used to abuse their hair to make it more fluffy. It may actually be a good thing unless your hair type just expands out in any direction.
Someone mentioned hair length...how long or short is yours?
As your hair gets longer it's a different experience.

Well from your pics I can see you need to wait at least 4-6 more months before your hair even starts looking long. Your problem should clear up by then.
..Oh? What to do until then?
I'd say gel it down and wash it everyday with Aussie Moist shampoo and conditioner.

why don't you try....

i used to have this fluffy hair problem too...i use "frizz ease" hair serum to solve my problem, and it works beautifully. use only about a dime-sized amount, and distribute through your hair evenly, but it works for me.
best of luck,
