Alternatives to styling

Now that my hair is longer. I don't like having to style and wash
it on my days off work. Anyone have any suggestions for head
apparel. Regular baseball caps dont fit good with all my hair. I usually wear a bandana but I'm growing tired of it all the time.
Is there any other head apparel out there that I can wear?
