Negative tv adverts

I recently saw 2 adverts with negative views on long haired men. One had a guy with nice straight long brown hair and the advert ended up saying something like 'but it cant improve your taste in men' and the other had some mother saying she wants the best for her children, and the daughter went out with a guy who had nice straight long blonde hair with a hat (he was dressed ok btw) and she was huffing and looking fed up... These guys are about the best looking men ever to appear on tv adverts and yet are disliked so...
Just thought id share

The long haired man is a voluntary outcast who once has decided to let his hair grow, must accept that society would reject him because he`s not following the norm of wearing short hair.
The long haired man should not care about these adverts.

I saw both those adverts, ur british i take it. for the first advert with the guy with brown hair and the iron maiden shirt, did u see the boyfriend before, some clean cut, stereotypical guy who looks no different to every guy in england. If u ask me the long hair looks a lot more interesting to go out with.
Also for the second ad, with the long blonde hair guy, i dont think in real life a guy with long hair could pull a girl like that in England. Thanks to the cliched view on men with long hair.
I was on the buss the other day and there were these girls my age (18) who i was eyeing up throughout the journey. We were in traffic and this guy with a ponytail was getting out of his car and these girls slated him. They called him a drug addict, a girl, a wimp...... I was ashamed. WIth girls like this what hope do us long hairs have.
SOrry just had to let it out.

Well im into metal music, and most the women into that style love long haired men. Ive been chatted up by beautiful women before, because they think I look sexy or whatever... The true women will not let a thing such as hair effect how they see a guy

Yet these same girls are the ones who make boy bands famous. But of course, boy band members look very manly, with short hair with 2 times the hair supply a women uses. I don't understand how some people say long hair makes you look less manly or whatever. In movies long hair guys are used often to portray tough guys. Look at Steven Seagal.
Agreed (n/t)
