Okay - so I'm at a Best Buy store looking at DVD's when I spot this dude with the most incredible mane of hair I've seen in ages. I tried to resist striking up a convo with him but in the end figured why not.
We spoke for awhile and we got on the discussion of the internet and he (Rokker with two K's as he desrcribed his name) told me about this site and how he used to be a regular. Seems he got a bit turned off by some people he called "ignorant fools" and decided it wasn't worth the time for him to argue against people who can't be reasoned with.
He says this is a cool place for advice and wanted to give a shout out to Hair Religion, Treyn, and Red Rocker among others.
I'm in the process of growing my hair, and he is an incredible inspiration. I hope to have his kind of hair one day. His hair is dark brown, damn near waist length, and "perfect". He says it needs a lot of "persuasion" to look like it does. Whatever he's doing to "persuade" it is working! He reminded me of the guy who used to sing for the Cult. Fantastic hair. I'm so jealous!
I could have talked to him forever but he had places to go. If you read this Rokker - thanks dude!
Anyway - couldn't resist coming here and saying hi. I'm sure I'll be seeking advice in the months to come.

I was wondering where he's been off to, he'll be back. Everything goes in cycles and you can't always hang around here when there is other stuff to do. We could use his advice here though.
