Accutane and Long Hair

Hey Guys:
I'm on my second month of taking the drug Accutane. This drug has many side effects and one of them is hair thinning. I'm not really losing hair but my hair is so dry and tangled I can't even brush it with a normal hair brush anymore. Anyone here ever take Accutane and no how to do deal with this side effect?
