As I mentioned some days before I bought the Fructis Shampoo which is Shampoo and Conditioner in one (2 in 1) and therefore I want to aks if this is good for the hair because a friend of mine told me that the shampoo isnīt able to clean the hair and the scalp as the conditioner disturbs the shampoo. Itīs better to shampoo it first and afterwards put a conditioner in it. Is this right?

My hairdresser tells me not to use it because it doesnt really do anything to the hair it just puts a protective coating around the hair instead of nourishing it. Ive tried 2 in 1 before and to be honest i find that it makes my hair feel disgusting.
Hope this was of help to you

Shampoos remove oil, conditioners attempt to put them back. It's
hard to see how those two contradictory qualities can exist in the
same bottle. I like the 'coating' answer given in the previous
reply - sounds about right to me.
I use separate products - it works for me and only takes a minute
or two.
