Deep Conditioning

I have been deep conditioning with Aussie 3 minute miracle for awhile now. I have been using it once a week, and have been leaving it on my hair for about 30-45 minutes. Is once a week too often to do this? I haven't noticed any problems so far, but I just wanted to make sure this won't damage my hair in any way.

Im not really an expert but I dont think deep conditioning once a week would do much/any damage, I dunno bout leaving it in for 30-45 minutes, but yeah... if anything I think it might cause a little buildup

Im not sure how to explain it exactly, but its another type of conditioner, usually one that you do leave in a bit longer, and its a bit thicker...

You only have to leave 3 Minute Miracle in for...3 minutes.
