I'm curious to know

what everyone's routine is for their hair. What type of hair you have as well as what type of problems you may have, and which products you use. For example:
I have fine waist-length hair that gets dry at the ends and tangles very easily. I wash every day and use Pert Plus once a week. The rest of the time I use Aussie Moist with Flex balsam conditioner. I wash my hair, rinse, and drench my hair from the nape down in Flex. I leave it in for about 5 min. then rinse. After I towel dry I put a small amount of the Flex on the ends of my hair. This routine works so well for me, and I actually discovered Aussie Moist on this board. My hair shines and is so soft and no more tangles to deal with. I also trim my own hair by twisting it and snipping the stray ends.
I would like to learn what products you use that I may benefit from, as well as what special efforts you put into growing and maintaining your hair.

I have very thick hair, that's just about shoulder length I guess you could say. I wash every other day with Aussie Moist shampoo, then I use Aussie Moist conditioner. Also I use Aussie 3 Minute Miracle deep conditoner once a week.
After I wash, I just gently pat it with a towel just enough that it doesn't drip. I then apply a little Infusium 23 leave in conditioner. I don't brush or comb it at all until it is dry, which takes about 4 hours. After it's dry I gently work through it with my fingers, then I gently brush it.
My daily morning routine goes like this: I gently work out all tangles with my fingers, then brush it. Then I wet my hands and smooth my hair down. After it dries, I apply Frizz-Ease Secret Weapon Finishing Creme to keep the frizz down. And sometimes I apply a little alcohal free gel, especially if I'm going to wear a tail. To keep the shorter hairs in place.
And that's my routine :)

What interests me the most is the "4 hours to dry" factoid. How do you manage this during the week when you report to work?
My hair right now, takes about 2 hours to dry and have to do let it dry in my commute, then I take care of it in the parking lot. 4 hours would be an entirely different story. Fortunately, I telecommute a couple of days a week.
